Â Why is there no full recall in China?

Subsequently, on September 14, after an appointment by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, Samsung (China) announced that it has recalled 1,858 Taiwan Note 7 units in question in mainland China. For the second question, Samsung stated at the time: 1858 Taiwan Note 7 products recalled in China were produced from July 20, 2016 to August 5, 2016.
