SiGe Semiconductor launches single-chip integrated front-end module with Bluetooth port
SiGe Semiconductor Corporation (SiGe Semiconductor) announced the expansion of its wireless LAN and Bluetooth (Bluetooth â„¢) product line, launched a high-performance single-chip integrated front-end module (FEM) product with a Bluetooth port, model SE2600S.

The SE2600S is packaged in an ultra-compact CSP and integrates a 2.4 GHz SP3T switch and a low-noise amplifier with bypass mode to switch between WLAN RX, WLAN TX and Bluetooth modes.
The SE2600S has an integrated DC blocking capacitor, Bluetooth port loss is as low as 0.5dB, and its receiver provides a noise figure of 1.8 dB and a gain of 12dB, which can provide better performance than current competitive products.

The SE2600S is available in a halogen-free, small lead, RoHS-compliant, 1.07x1.05x 0.38mm CSP package. This low-side, high-package is very easy to integrate into a WLAN module.
