1. When using a hydraulic rocker drill, never use gauze to remove metal shavings. Avoid blowing with your mouth or hands—always use specialized tools and brushes for safe cleaning. 2. Operators must strictly follow the "three good" principle (good management, good maintenance, good repair) and the "four meetings" (know how to use, maintain, inspect, and troubleshoot). 3. Always refer to the lubrication diagram when refueling the hydraulic rocker drill. Ensure proper oiling by following the "five fixed" rules: fixed time, fixed location, fixed quantity, fixed quality, and fixed person. After oiling, make sure the oil cup or reservoir cover is securely closed. 4. Before starting drilling, loosen the locking device and adjust the spindle extension length according to the required drilling depth. Once set, re-lock the device to ensure stability. 5. When adjusting the automatic drilling depth, first bring the drill into contact with the workpiece, then adjust the feed collision block to the desired depth and lock it in place. 6. The operator should always check the sharpness of the cutting tool. Never use a dull tool, as it can lead to accidents or poor results. 7. Keep the height of the hydraulic rocker drill at an appropriate level during operation. Avoid excessive height. Ensure that both the rocker arm and headstock are properly clamped during machining. 8. After finishing work, return all handles to their non-working positions. Park the headstock close to the column, lower the rocker arm appropriately, and then turn off the power supply. 9. Securely fasten the workpiece before drilling. When drilling through holes, place a support block under the workpiece to prevent damage to the machine or the workpiece itself. 10. Regular maintenance and inspections are essential to ensure the longevity and efficiency of the hydraulic rocker drill. Always keep the equipment clean and well-maintained. 11. Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), such as gloves, goggles, and hearing protection. 12. If any abnormal noises or vibrations are detected during operation, stop the machine immediately and inspect for potential issues. 13. Do not attempt to modify or repair the hydraulic rocker drill unless you are trained and authorized to do so. 14. Always read and understand the user manual before operating the equipment. 15. Store the hydraulic rocker drill in a dry, clean area when not in use to prevent rust and damage.
