Some iPhone 4S Cannot Use Mobile SIM Card

China Mobile Business Office posted a warm reminder explaining why iPhone 4S users cannot use mobile SIM cards. Since the iPhone 4S is special, all 4Ss will automatically download the latest version of iOS 5.0.1 as long as they are connected to WIFI. However, the latest version does not support most of China Mobile's SIM cards. Even if the signals are full, they cannot make calls or send text messages. China Mobile explained that the latest version of the 4S is incompatible with mobile SIM cards, and 4S cannot cancel 3G data functions and thus the GSM network cannot operate normally.
