Design of Cardiopulmonary Auscultation Skill Training System Based on MSP430

The MSP430 with low power consumption is the core, and 27 special devices are installed on the model person to simulate a total of 118 kinds of heart and lung auscultation disease sounds of the human body. In addition, you can use the remote control to set the disease type of the model person, and use the stethoscope to identify the sound emitted by the model person's location to identify the disease. Reproduce the work scene of clinical medicine and provide learners with a risk-free condition and environment for learning clinical knowledge and skills. In addition, an upper computer teaching system is added. The upper computer controls the display of the upper computer software interface according to the received position signal. It can display the position of auscultation, sound characteristics, relationship with breathing and sound waveform information. It can also be connected to an external speaker Amplify and play the heart and lung sounds heard to achieve the purpose of medical teaching.

1 System structure

From the structural point of view, the system can be divided into two parts: model man and remote controller. Model people mainly have internal wireless receiving devices and control devices, as well as special devices on the surface of the human body. The remote control has an LCD screen, keyboard and related instructions. The assessor can easily send a command signal to the wireless receiving device inside the model person. The wireless receiving device uses the received command to determine what type of disease it is, so as to control what sound should be emitted from each position on the model person. When the stethoscope touches When the corresponding position is on the model person, the corresponding device will give a position signal to the control unit, and then the control unit will use this multi-channel analog switch to control the corresponding speaker to close to send out the cardiopulmonary auscultation sound at the point. This sound reaches the human ear, which completely simulates a real auscultation process. The examinee palpated different postures of the model person through the probe of the stethoscope, and auscultated various pathological features in different positions through the stethoscope, thereby judging whether it was a certain disease, so as to achieve the purpose of teaching and training.

2 Functional composition of the system

From the functional aspect, the system can be divided into six parts: voice playback unit, multi-channel analog switch, position recognition switch, wireless communication unit, power supply and low-power design unit. The block diagram of the model's internal system is shown in Figure 1.
