This round of rural network transformation will cover all the above voltage levels.

In this round of rural power grid upgrading and reconstruction projects, the State Grid Corporation will accelerate the construction of the county grid power supply based on 220 kV substations and the 110 kV system to meet the N-1 requirements of the county grid, eliminating the weak links in the county grid; In the economically developed regions, we must appropriately control the development of 35-kilovolt transformer substations and implement dual-supply power supply construction projects for existing substations. In 2015, 85% of substations will provide dual-supply power supply to improve the reliability of power supply in the county-level power grid; Research on 10kV power grids in small towns, formulating unified, high standards and guidelines for the development of power grids that are suitable for intelligent development; guiding and regulating the distribution network for small towns; continuing to upgrade 10kV grids; 80% of the 10kV lines in the county seats To achieve ring network (hand-in-hand) power supply, the insulation rate of the county's 10-kilovolt line should reach 45%, and the transformation of rural 10-kilovolt mains lines should be intensified, the power supply scope should be optimized, and the transformation of over-run-time lines should be basically completed; Gradually increase the oil-free rate of substations and circuit breakers, and promote the use of emerging energy-saving transformers such as S11 and S13 amorphous alloys to progressively High energy distribution transformer; reactive power optimization work to be carried out, select the appropriate mode of compensation, carry out the substation and power quality line of comprehensive management, solve the rural power low voltage problem.

“After this round of transformation, we hope that in 2012 and 2015, the reliability of power supply will reach 99.72% and 99.75% respectively, and the comprehensive voltage of rural power grids will reach 97.8% and 98.2%, respectively, and the comprehensive line loss rate of rural power grids at 35 kV and below.
