The causes of abnormal vibration and noise of the centrifugal oil pump can be divided into two aspects.
First, mechanical reasons 1. The rotating parts are not balanced. In addition to failure of the rotor dynamic balance after manufacture or repair, local corrosion, wear or fouling of the impeller may also cause it to become unbalanced.
2. Moving and moving parts are rubbed. This may be caused by pump shaft bending, bearing wear, etc., or it may be due to the failure of the axial thrust balancing device, causing the impeller to move axially and touch the pump casing.
