At the same time, Linde's South China subsidiary, Guanggang Linde and Huaxing Optoelectronics signed a long-term gas supply contract to provide ultra-high purity gas from Guangde Linde to Huaxing Optoelectronics' 8.5-generation panel production line.
It is understood that the majority of the 200 million yuan investment plan will be used to build China's largest on-site nitrogen generating unit. The plant project will be built by Linde Engineering and is expected to be commissioned in the fourth quarter of 2011. At that time, it can transport up to 30,000 standard cubic meters of ultra-high purity nitrogen per hour, ensuring efficient and cost-effective gas for the production process.
