Jingtai Optoelectronics Launches "Three High" High Power LED Package Products

[High-tech LED News] Jingtai Optoelectronics has recently created a "three high" high-power LED package with high brightness, high luminous efficiency and high color rendering index. The new product adopts K1 type package and adopts metal reflector in the packaging process. The structure enables the back-illumination efficiency of the LED chip to be fully applied, thereby reducing the luminous loss and saving cost.

The product is optimized for one-shot silicone lens, the light utilization rate can reach 90%, combined with the innovative surface roughening technology, to solve the LED spot problem from the light source to ensure the application effect. In addition, the new product has excellent static protection function, the process is in line with ROHS standards, and it can safely pass the reflow soldering process.

The new product adopts high-efficiency high-power LED chip from abroad, which has high luminous efficiency and good stability. Under 25° room temperature, the light decay can be controlled within 3,000 hours of 3,000 hours. It can be used for LED general illumination such as bulbs, PAR lamps and other energy-efficient white lamps with specifications E12/E14/E26/E27/GU10.
