According to Jun Jun, the deputy secretary-general of the National Semiconductor Engineering R&D and Industry Alliance, 2013 was the 10th anniversary of the implementation of the semiconductor lighting project. The Secretary General of the Chinese Society of Illumination, Dou Linping, gave a speech from the three aspects of LED industrial lighting product classification, replacement problems and solutions. He suggested that taking the lamp as an example, it can be designed to be easier to pass the 3C certification in the form of an integrated bracket, to avoid the risk of certification, so that the safety of the lamps and lanterns is significantly improved, and the cost increase is also very small. Factory lights can use acrylic cover to reduce the discomfort caused by light spots, glare and so on. Once again, the luminescence characteristics of the LED light source determine its natural and intellectual control system to match, and intelligent control will also be an important development direction of LED industrial lighting.

Wu Mingming, director of the National Semiconductor Lighting Engineering R&D and Industry Alliance Production and Research Department, analyzed the application of LEDs in industrial lighting from the perspective of macroeconomic development. She pointed out that in the first half of 2013, the LED lighting industry increased by 76.63% compared with the previous period, and the investment became more rational. Industrial lighting accounts for a large proportion of overall electricity consumption, and therefore has great potential for energy conservation. At present, the application of LED in industrial lighting is mainly based on tube lamps and downlights, accounting for about 75%. From the perspective of the comprehensive cost-effectiveness of products, its return on investment is shortened to 2 to 3 years. It is predicted that the penetration rate of LED in industrial lighting will reach 18% in 2015 and 35% in 2020.
