With the deep integration of rail transit cloud business systems, refined operations are gradually becoming a key trend in the industry. The shift towards centralized deployment and operation of big data analysis through business cloudization is emerging as a new focal point in the sector.
In early December, MetroView 3.0, a comprehensive monitoring software platform independently developed by Central Control Information, successfully completed interoperability testing with the Xinhua Triple Integrated Monitoring Cloud Solution and received the corresponding test reports. According to the report, "The tests have confirmed that China Central Control’s integrated control system platform software is based on a stable and reliable H3C cloud platform solution, offering easy operation and maintenance, high resource utilization, and meeting the diverse needs of the urban rail monitoring industry."

At this point, MetroView has successfully completed interoperability testing with the three major cloud platforms in the market—Huawei, Alibaba, and Xinhua.
MetroView is a well-known domestic comprehensive monitoring software platform developed independently by Zhongguan Information, with full intellectual property rights. It has been successfully applied in projects such as the Zhengzhou Suburban Line and Wuhan Metro Line 6, earning high recognition from project owners.
The platform adopts a "three-level control, two-level management" architecture model, integrating multiple electromechanical systems to achieve efficient resource sharing and flexible interoperability. This enables the convergence of various systems, rapid response, and improved emergency handling capabilities for rail transit operators, enhancing passenger safety, service quality, and overall operational efficiency.
The successful interoperability testing with the three leading cloud platforms demonstrates that China Mobile is actively transitioning from traditional integrated monitoring architectures to cloud-based solutions. The software is well-prepared for smart control, adding a competitive edge and laying a solid technological foundation for future market growth.
During the testing process, the R&D team at SinoControl worked closely with the business team to quickly resolve numerous technical challenges. Industry experts, including subway owners and design institutes, were invited to review the system, and it received widespread praise.
With the concept of “green, safe, and intelligent†as its core, CCDC is committed to delivering integrated solutions for rail transit weak systems, including comprehensive monitoring, communication systems, large hub station weak systems, and TCC line network command systems.
To date, over 30 rail transit projects have been implemented across cities like Hangzhou, Wuhan, Ningbo, Guangzhou, Zhengzhou, Shanghai, and Dalian, providing intelligent, safe, and reliable support for the efficient operation of rail transit systems. Among them, Hangzhou Metro Line 1, which opened in 2012, was the longest single-line metro in China at the time, spanning over 50 kilometers and featuring 31 stations. It was also the first to integrate FAS and ACS in China.
In December, the cold weather did not dampen the enthusiasm of the Central Control Information team. On December 12, the ISCS system for Wuhan Metro Line 21 passed expert review and is set to open smoothly on December 28. On December 19, the second and third phases of Hangzhou Metro Line 2 successfully passed a four-day expert review and are scheduled to open before the end of the month.
