Please ignore the messy TV cabinet. Sony Dafa is good. I can't remember when I first heard this phrase, but it's become more and more clear over time. This sentence doesn’t add anything, but let’s just keep the coward’s smile.

The idea of buying a TV wasn't something I needed at first. I don’t think about watching TV for days on end. It's been over six years since I started college, and as computer use has increased, TV has gradually faded from my daily life. Every night, I still turn on the black screen to watch live broadcasts or catch some shows. It makes me realize how much time I've spent watching TV. This time, I wanted to buy a TV, not out of necessity, but as a personal hobby. I’ve collected various electronic devices, and it felt odd that I hadn’t bought a TV yet. So, I gave in to the urge.
In the past, I bought a low-end TV for the elderly at home. It was really a blemish. From a distance, it was okay, but up close, you couldn’t even see the faces clearly. That made me believe in the saying: "You get what you pay for." Although it was an impulsive purchase, I had clear goals at the time. The first thing I wanted was a TV that could last four or five years. It shouldn’t be too small or too big, especially since it would be in the bedroom. The price also had to be reasonable, under 8K. After listing these requirements, the options narrowed down significantly, and I finally settled on three models: Sony X9000E, Hisense 7000U, and Samsung 7300JXXZ. Let me share my impressions of each.
Starting with Hisense, they've been making waves recently and have climbed into the top tier of domestic appliances. They've acquired companies like Rongsheng and Cologne, expanding their product lines and capturing a large market share. Their recent acquisition of Toshiba’s TV business shows ambition. However, Hisense lacks standout products and mainly focuses on mid-to-low-end models, emphasizing cost-effectiveness. Initially, I didn’t consider it, but a classmate who works in Hisense's appliance division recommended the 7000U model. After researching it, I found that it's one of their more user-friendly flagship models. However, the technical details and chips developed by Hisense are unclear, and the ULDE technology after sales is even more ambiguous. The market share of this specific model is relatively low, and the physical experience didn’t impress me much. My classmate only pointed out the shortcomings of Sony and Samsung's Android optimization, but there was no long-term advantage in image quality, so I eventually passed.
Next is Samsung, which has been involved in almost all mainstream industries. In recent years, they've continued to invest in the home appliance sector, creating a complete line of appliances including washing machines, dryers, TVs, and refrigerators. The 7300JXXZ is their 2017 model, featuring quantum dots, moth-eye screens, and smart contrast enhancement. From a hardware perspective, this Samsung model should be at a high level, and performance-wise, it should be solid. In terms of actual feel, it's bright and colorful, but it's obviously distorted. For example, the colors I saw on TV were not natural, like a Mexican show. After considering it, I still decided to pass.
Now, our main subject is the Sony X9000E. Sony doesn’t need much introduction; even my grandfather in his seventies knows about it. It was once a shining star, and it's not an exaggeration to say it was the Apple of the last era. Now, it's on a downhill road. There's nothing to avoid. Sony's consumer electronics segment has always been a huge loss, but it's the source of Sony's belief and its most star-studded products. Sony is different from other brands. The financial and lens sectors continue to make profits, keeping the entire Sony Group from losing money. Back to the product itself, the X9000E is the new model introduced this year, an upgrade of the X9000D. Its pricing is relatively accessible, with an official price below 9K. After six months, it dropped to around 7K (for 55 inches). Positioned in the product line, we can see from the model number that there are flagships like Z9D.A1, 9500, 9300, and others above it, and models like 8500, 8066, 7500 below it. But in this way, it's satisfactory but not outstanding. However, this year's difference is that the X9000E is equipped with a 4K HDR X1 chip, elite optical control standard, and Terricolor display technology. In short, I spent 7K to enjoy Sony's three core technologies. Before the product line wasn't decentralized to 1W or less. Of course, some technologies are reduced, not the latest products (in fact, nonsense, if the X9000E and A1 only differ in panel, other hardware and software technologies are the same, then where would A1 sell?). The X9000E is priced under 10,000 yuan and carries Sony's three core technologies. Although it's castrated, it's not absent. This seems to me to be an epoch-making action. This aligns with Apple's new iPad basic version pricing of 3K, which is the product line. Active sinking signal.
There should be a widow smile here.

Alright, let's talk honestly about the TV itself.
1. From the beginning, when I opened the box, I could feel it wasn't a compelling product. There's no special tall design, no red dot blessing aura. It's just a regular smart TV. I don't need it, but I don't want unexpected beauty from its appearance. Radical designs aren't for me. Plastic base, silver spray, some metal texture, but nothing more. Metal edging around, stainless steel look, but only half. The rest is plastic. Overall, the materials are still relatively economical.
2. The interface includes three USB ports, one of which is USB3.0, three HDMI ports, one of which is HDMI2.0. The network port is a bit shabby, using a 100M port. However, wireless connection supports 802.11ac, so Gigabit network can also be used. The overall interface is too densely distributed. Although the number of users seems many, it's not possible to use them simultaneously. This hasn't improved over the years. I don't know why. The back interface includes HDMIX1, fiber X1, and component input X1. Additionally, compared to the previous model, there's an RS-232 interface, used for debugging and commercial hotels, not for everyday use. The whole back is very simple and clean, with no other modifications.
On the screen, using VA soft screen, online voices say it's shrinking, I'm not an industry person, IPS screen is only used on ordinary computer monitors, can't make an accurate judgment, this won't make a fuss. Refresh rate, nominal 120HZ, support for partition light control (because there is a fine light control thing) color gamut is certainly a wide color gamut, the official nominal ambiguity, a large number of online evaluation generally show close to 98%, is still relatively good . In terms of brightness, the data of the Sony stick is used directly. The basic peak is close to 900 nits, and it is usually around 500. The reason why I talk about this brightness is that I personally understand this, just like the 100-km speedup of a car. We may not feel it at ordinary times, but it determines the limit of the car. On television, for example, I want to show a bright scene, like the sunlight spilled into the classroom, and brightness contrast will use your peak brightness. The black level is also a reason. The details of these things are used to determine the limit of this product, that is, its width and breadth. To a certain extent, it also affects the length of time it is served (because the TV signal is surely getting finer, It may be 4K sources everywhere after 10 years. If your TV is still 1080P, then you definitely want to eliminate it.)
Let’s talk about some of the black technology of Sony’s publicity, in fact, the frequency of use may be very low. One is the smooth gradient technique, and the other is the optimization of the low-resolution signal. In fact, I understand it is a function similar to automatic repair. Thanks to the use of the X1 chipset, there has been a significant increase in the quality of the Sony TVs compared to previous price points. Including smart light control and Terricolor, whether it is to increase the contrast or precise dimming screen, and ultimately serve the presentation of color accurate images, Sony still has a profound accumulation in this regard.
There is Sony’s own Android system, the default 6.0, will be prompted to update the 7.0 after boot, there is a benefit after the update, that is, the use of Bluetooth becomes normal, or will always show the search for equipment. Because the 9000E sound is too poor, so if you want to get a better viewing experience, an independent audio equipment is essential. Sony’s interface is rich in this regard, including general audio output, headphone output, and fiber optics are all equipped.

 Uncle Feng's Wolf Totem
Resolution can be counted at certain times
The facial performance of the character is still acceptable
Sometimes it looks like a paste
 Number of hairs

The vision is very general, of course, the personal estimate of the bottleneck lies in the input source, but the current input source is only this, very few 4K sources, this has been the nominal high-definition
I am a rather mean person, so I still carefully ignore its shortcomings.
1. The Android market that comes with it is simply SHIT. Most of them are unknown apps. With my own music player, let alone the song of the minority band like Wan Qing and Waist. Even if I search for Jay Chou, I cannot get a few songs. I would like to use it and I can't uninstall it. To the essence of some mobile phone business. In contrast, China TV and Aurora TV are the tallest ones in dwarfs, and they are normal software. However, both sources are relatively poor, and the total amount is not large. The update is still relatively slow. The new movie can not see I can understand, but like the old classic movie, similar to the American story, the Wolf on Wall Street, these are not, and some are not only not a good movie resource. And it is worth noting that the number of TV in China also embedded a Sohu film and television features, but this inside the film source, you need to buy Sohu's VIP, surprised not surprised, meaning not accident?
2, the sound is too weak, 2.0-channel sound can not match with such a high-quality TV screen, if you want to experience the immersive feeling, want to have a certain viewing experience, please be sure to purchase an additional audio equipment (Funga can ignore at this point). After all, I have invested so much in buying a TV, and I am not worse than a home theater.
3, the remote control design is not simple enough, button design is not particularly in line with habits, such as in the viewing time, pause need to press the OK button, but need to press the back button to play again, you sure this is not funny. And when using the remote control, you need to aim at the TV operation, even if the lower ones can not be used, let alone the random operation of the remote control.
Finally, I'll continue the dog's tail. 9000E this TV, more like a hardware qualified, excellent quality, reliable quality of traditional TV products, rather than a smart TV as a selling point. In the words of friends, if you only go for a country road speed limit of 20, QQ and Audi may be more suitable for QQ, but if one day you go to the speed limit of Germany, Audi will let you know it. Value for money. The same is true of televisions, but now the sources of high-definition movies are not rich enough, and it is hard to find a good source of high-definition movies.
If you have to say the difference between Sony 9000E and Internet TV, or where more expensive for thousands of dollars, I can only say that 9000E gives you a possibility, a more detailed picture, more detailed Portrait, richer colors are possible as long as you give it the right input source.
