The driver operates in buck, boost, and buck-boost modes, and with an integrated 60V power MOSFET switch, it can generate up to 1.5A of maximum LED current. At the same time, high-side current detection and patent-pending control loops enable high-precision LED string current control.
The ZXLD1374 LED driver offers a wide input voltage range of 6V to 60V and achieves a typical 1% output current tolerance in all topologies, thus supporting the high current levels required for high brightness LED systems and the tight brightness between different lamps match. In addition, the device implements dynamic LED thermal management through a dedicated external thermistor input and reports LED driver and load status through fault diagnostic output for higher LED reliability and longer life.
