Can be tested with the mouse; can the power of the keyboard port be provided normally? You can test by connecting a keyboard; if the interrupts such as IRQ are tested, are they conflicting? You can enter the system resources to view the occupancy of the COM port and IRQ.
The test is normal, the unified processing of the software driver does not work properly to see if it is the matching driver in the corresponding product and controller settings.
When using the RS-232 controller, whether the serial port number connected to the touch screen cable is different from the serial number in the software installation, please correct it and try again.
Are device resources conflicting? For example, after some NICs are installed, the default IRQ is 3, which conflicts with the IRQ of COM2. The NIC's IRQ should be modified to the device's idle IRQ value.
