The latest news of the new Santa Fe 7: SUVs worth learning from Zotye and Landwind will be officially launched in the third quarter of this year.

Recently, some domestic media outlets have reported that the new Santa Fe 7 is anticipated to make its official debut in the third quarter of this year. As a compact SUV, the Santa Fe 7 is rumored to come equipped with both 2.0L and 1.5T engines, paired with a 5-speed manual transmission. In terms of design, the new model emphasizes a rugged and bold appearance. The front grille features multiple horizontal bars, creating a strong visual impact. The headlamps are equally robust in style, with LED turn signals integrated into their lower edges. A silver trim strip runs across the front bumper, enhancing the vehicle's lateral presence while integrating fog lights and LED daytime running lights on either side, adding depth to the car’s overall look. The dimensions of the Santa Fe 7 are 4675mm in length, 1876mm in width, and 1730mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2640mm. The front face showcases a multi-bar grille and rectangular headlamp assembly. Moving to the rear, the car's body lines are more rounded, giving it a softer yet modern aesthetic. The alloy wheels feature a double-five-spoke design but are not overly large in size. The rear end's contour exudes a Polaroid-like charm, especially with its large split taillights, which are highly eye-catching thanks to their full LED lighting. The lower edge of the rear bumper is adorned with two-tone chrome trim strips, embedding rear fog lights at each end to mirror the front styling. Inside, the Santa Fe 7 shares a similar interior layout with the current Polig model, though some adjustments have been made to the central control panel’s color scheme and finer details. Black accents are paired with silver chrome trims for a sleek look. The actual production version of the Santa Fe 7 features an 8-inch multimedia center console. Higher-end models will come equipped with a 10-inch central touchscreen display, creating a distinct configuration variation between different trims. Regarding performance, the Huatai Santa Fe 7 will offer models powered by both 2.0L and 1.5T engines. The 2.0L engine delivers a maximum power output of 108kW and a peak torque of 177Nm, mated to a 5-speed manual transmission. Overall, the Santa Fe 7 presents itself as a promising addition to the compact SUV segment, combining practicality with an appealing design language. Fans of the brand are eagerly awaiting its release later this year to see how it stacks up against competitors like Zotye and Landwind.
