Commercialization of 1210inch size wound inductors for vehicles with a large inductance value of 560μH

Murata Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has introduced the LQH32NH_23 series of wound inductors in the 1210 inch size (3.2 x 2.5 mm), designed for use in turbulence suppression and signal filtering applications, particularly in ADAS systems and in-vehicle entertainment information equipment. These components are ideal for high-performance automotive electronics where reliability and precision are critical.

The inductor is rated for a maximum operating temperature of 125°C, making it suitable for demanding environments. The product line offers an industry-leading inductance value of up to 560μH, ensuring effective filtering and stable performance. It also complies with the AEC-Q200 standard, which sets strict reliability requirements for automotive electronic components. This ensures that the inductor can withstand harsh conditions typically found in vehicle systems.

One of the key features of this series is its narrow inductance tolerance of ±5%, which guarantees consistent performance across different units. This level of accuracy is essential in applications where even small variations can impact system reliability. The LQH32NH_23 series was launched into mass production in August 2017 and has since been widely adopted in various automotive and industrial applications.
