1. Multi-Axis Three-Plane Installation After use, it will be rotated for several days and it will not be corrected on its own. The same situation will occur in a few days after maintenance. This situation is mostly caused by the program, multi-axis three-face turn, that is, three-phase turn of multiple motor drive program should filter the input signal, and generally should use the program with error correction. In addition, the installation status of the sensor will also affect the control system. The sensor probe should generally be located between the 4-8mm sensor chip. The smaller the distance, the better. Avoid the sensor's vibration and make the sensing distance greater than 8mm.

2. In the multi-axis three-face turning operation, a wrong screen appears, and after a certain period of time the stop will no longer rotate, and after turning off the power for a while, the stop will no longer rotate. After eliminating the program problem, check the sensors one by one to see if the sensor has an output signal and if it is damaged. Replace the new sensor after confirming the sensor problem. If the sensor signal is good, you need to contact the controller supplier.

3. After turning on the wrong screen in the three-side turning operation, the machine stops and one side of the screen does not turn completely. After the power is turned on again, the screen still does not rotate. After power on, check if the intermediate relay driving the motor (if any) is working. If it is active, use a stylus to measure whether the contact is connected, and the connected motor is stuck or broken. The controller output contact may be broken. Measurement controller output is normal.

4. At the beginning of the start-up time, the three-face turn-over is not started, the screen is normal, and power-off and power-on will not start. Check if the LOGO! or PLC clock is the same as the local clock, reset the controller clock, and set the three-plane startup stop time.

5. Turning on three sides will not start, the controller power light is not on or the LCD screen has no font. Check whether the switching power supply has 24VDC output, check whether the switching power supply is damaged, and check whether the switching power supply has output. The output voltage is normal.


Fourth, the controller selection
