First, install
(1) Before installation, please read the user manual carefully and refer to the connection diagram of the elevator energy-saving cabinet and the elevator control cabinet.
(2) Disconnect the elevator's main power supply completely.
(3) Pay attention to the positive (+) and negative (-) polarity of the DC input terminal of the feedback unit. Do not reverse the polarity.
(4) Note that there is no polarity requirement for AC output terminals (AC-A, AC-B, AC-C) of the feedback unit and the grid side, and connection to the motor side is strictly prohibited.
Second, power transmission
(1) When the air switch is installed at both ends of the elevator energy-saving cabinet, close the air switch at both ends of the input and output of the elevator energy-saving cabinet.
(2) The total power supply of the elevator is transmitted and the panel of the elevator energy-saving cabinet is displayed for 5 to 10 seconds.
Third, power off
(1) The main power supply of the elevator is cut off.
(2) The air switches at the input and output of the elevator energy-saving cabinet are disconnected.
Fourth, warning
(1) It is strictly forbidden to continuously transmit power to the elevator's main power switch without disconnecting the elevator energy-saving cabinet. The internal voltage of the elevator control cabinet must be fully discharged before sending the power again to the elevator. This can prevent the fuse inside the elevator energy-saving cabinet from being damaged. .
(2) It is forbidden to directly disconnect the air switches at both ends of the input and output of the elevator energy-saving cabinet under power-on status.
